Earl and I started at 7:30 a.m. and drove to Flint to Ringling Bros. circus. Got there in time for the parade. Stayed at his sister's (Mrs. Buck) for dinner and in p.m. us three went to show and had a dandy time. Started for home at 7 p.m. and got home at 10:30. "Hey, 'Lillie' how far is it to Flint?" Ha! Ha! All of the rubes had to rubber when we drove thru Lennon. They tho't we were a bride and groom, so I heard. Ha! Ha!
