Grace Rose lived from 1887 to 1981. She was born in Michigan and lived there most of her life. This is a transcription of her diary written in 1908, the year she turned 21. Rained a little during the day. In evening Earl and I went to Masonic party at Casino. Had a dandy time and played several mean tricks on Earl but he did not seem to care. Got home at 2:45.
