Grace Rose lived from 1887 to 1981. She was born in Michigan and lived there most of her life. This is a transcription of her diary written in 1908, the year she turned 21. I drove downtown after the boys but could find only Walter. We hunted around after Earl but he had missed us so walked out here. Had a great time. "Pictures and candy." Intended to drive to Byron but it rained in a.m. so we gave it up.
