Grace Rose lived from 1887 to 1981. She was born in Michigan and lived there most of her life. This is a transcription of her diary written in 1908, the year she turned 21. Went downtown in afternoon. Belle, Gracie, M.W., Grace W., Mrs Wren, and myself went to Foresters party in evening in the Opera House. Had a dandy time and got home at 2:30. "Carnations." Libbie and Archie.
