Grace Rose lived from 1887 to 1981. She was born in Michigan and lived there most of her life. This is a transcription of her diary written in 1908, the year she turned 21. Papa and I went down to Grandma's in a.m. She and Aunt Minnie went to Minn. at noon. In evening Earl and I went to the theatorium and dancing club. Got home at 12:30. Did not get the milk.
