Grace Rose lived from 1887 to 1981. She was born in Michigan and lived there most of her life. This is a transcription of her diary written in 1908, the year she turned 21. Came home in a.m. Stopped at Belle's on way home. Ironed all p.m. Mertie came up and stayed all night. Earl came up in evening.
